League champions Chester reached a double century of goals and points after a comfortable final day home victory.
Marc Williams put the Blues 1-0 up after 24 minutes when he slotted home from close range after an assist from Chris Simm following a throughball from Robbie Booth.
Simm celebrated Chester's 100th league goal of the season in the 39th minute, crashing home a close range header from Marc Williams' right wing cross.
And Simm capped a positive opening half when he unleashed a superb 25 yard shot that flew into the top right corner of the net.
Simm completed his hat-trick in the 79th minute to put Chester 4-0 ahead after running onto a throughball from substitute Levi Mackin and smashing a 20 yard shot beyond Marine keeper Ryan McMahon.
