BOSSES at a housing group are now keeping their residents informed of the latest news through social networking website Twitter.
Tenants of Muir Group Housing have also been asked to 'tweet' about positive things that are happening in Chester, while staff also use the site to let people know about the things the company has been up to. Muir Group Housing community engagement officer, Bev Price, said: "Engaging with our residents is vital to us as a social landlord and we are always looking for new and exciting ways to keep our residents involved.
"Twitter is a great way for us to communicate to residents so they know what’s happening almost as soon as we do. But it is also a great way for residents to keep us up-to-date with the positive things which they are doing in their communities."
