A WOMAN who was found dead in a flat in Chester has been formally identified.
The body of Sharon Addidle, 53, was discovered inside a property above the shopping parade in Dicksons Drive, Newton, at 10.25pm on Sunday.
A man arrested in connection with the death has been released on police bail.
Officers had been sent to the property after receiving a ‘concern for welfare’ call.
A 48-year-old man was arrested in connection with the woman’s death, which police said was still being treated as suspicious.
He has now been bailed until November 20.
Cheshire Police said a post-mortem examination had been carried out and the results were “inconclusive” and further tests are being undertaken.
