Female taken to hospital after A55 collision

The female was taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital 

THREE vehicles were involved in a collision on the A55 near Broughton this morning and one female was taken to hospital.

A BMW, Vauxhall Astra and Vauxhall Golf collided on the junction with Broughton, eastbound, at around 8am.

A police spokesman said a female casualty was taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital, but her injuries were not thought to be serious.
