A CHESTER man has appeared before magistrates accused of engaging in sexual activity in front of a child.
Andrew Bradshaw, 44, of Hoole Way, is charged with two counts of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child aged between 13 and 15. He denies both charges against him.
West Cheshire Magistrates, sitting in Chester, adjourned the case until November 6 when the case is expected to be committed to Chester Crown Court.
Bradshaw was remanded in custody until that date.
