Catfish and the Bottlemen, who hail from Llandudno, were formed in January 2009 and were almost immediately named BBC 6’s unsigned band of the week.

The four-piece rock outfit have since gone onto perform at top venues across the region and will play at Telford's Warehouse on Saturday, January 28, from 10.30pm.

Fresh from a playing to a frenzied Liverpool crowd as part of The Wombats tour of the UK, the boys are said to be "tighter than ever and out to impress".

The band, who aliken themselves to Rolling Stones, The Streets, Van Morrison and The Strokes, play tunes with "soaring guitars, infectious hooks, thundering drums and singalong choruses".

Free entry before 9pm and £4 after. DJ's until late.
