      DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (VALE STREET, DENBIGH) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2010 On 5th July 2011 Denbighshire County Council made the above-named Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) and (3) 32, 35, and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to prohibit the waiting of vehicles in the length of road specified in the Schedule below. Exceptions are provided in the Order to permit waiting in the lengths of road referred to in the Schedule for the purposes of alighting, boarding, loading and unloading, and works of maintenance, repair and the like and on the length of road specified in the Schedule. Exceptions are also be provided in the Order to allow vehicles displaying both a Disabled Person’s Badge and a Disabled Person's Parking Disc to wait in the length of road specified in the Schedule of the proposed Order for an unlimited period of time.       NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL CLASS III ROAD BRYN SM NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 7th July 2011 to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from using that length of Class III road known as Meyarth Hall Road and Tyddyn Dolas Spar Bryn SM, in the County of Denbigh, which extends from its junction with Clegyr Mawr in a north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 2.432 metres.       NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL UNCLASSIFIED ROAD, CAE DRAIN, HENLLAN NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 Denbighshire County Council has made an Order which prohibits any vehicle from using that length of unclassified road known as Cae Drain Henllan, in the County of Denbigh, for its entire length. The reason for the closure is to facilitate resurfacing works by Denbighshire County Council – Maintenance. The alternative route available for traffic is via, B5382, Meifod Road, Bryn y Garn Road, B5428 and Graig Road, and will be sign posted accordingly. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure. The Order comes into force on 11th July 2011, and will remain in force for a period of eighteen months or until the completion of the works whichever is the earlier.
