The Making of A Dog Control Order Under
The Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment
Act 2005
Notice is hereby given that on 30 April 2012
Cheshire West and Chester Council made the
following Dog Control Order:
Cheshire West and Chester Council (Fouling of
Land By Dogs) (General) Order 2012
The Order comes into force from midnight on
14 May 2012 and any person committing a breach
of the Order after this time will be liable upon
prosecution to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the
standard scale (currently £1000).
The Order, Schedule and plan may be inspected
free of charge at the office of the Head of Legal
and Democratic Services at the address shown
below or during the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday
to Friday.
