NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Prezzo PLC has applied to Flintshire County Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for the premises to be known as Prezzo, Unit 22, Broughton Retail Park, Chester, CH4 0DP.
The proposed licensable activities are:
The sale of late night refreshment (Monday - Saturday 23:00 - 00:00 and Sunday 23:00-23:30) and the supply of alcohol (Monday - Saturday 10:00 - 00:00
and Sunday 10:00 - 23:30)
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Section, Environment Directorate, Flintshire County Council, County Hall, Mold, CH7 6NF where the application may be viewed, by prior appointment.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 MANCOT
Flintshire County Council has made an Order which prohibits any vehicle from using the
following roads in Mancot in the County of Flintshire:
1. Cottage Lane between its junctions with A550 Gladstone Way and Mancot Lane;
2. Mancot Lane between its junctions with B5129 Chester Road East and Cottage Lane;
3. Colliery Lane between its junctions with A550 Gladstone Way and Mancot Lane.
The reason for the closure is to facilitate sewer replacement and associated works by Dwr
The alternative routes for vehicles will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of the closure.
The Order comes into force on the 15th September 2014. It is anticipated that the roads will
only be closed for fourteen weeks, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a
maximum period of eighteen
