The Bangor Shopping Experience

Bangor has a great range of shopping with a whole range of shops, from High Street names to local specialists. The city combines modern shopping centres with a historic setting, watched over by the Cathedral and University buildings. A stylish new development, the Menai Centre in the city centre, means that there's now even more places to shop in Bangor. The 180,000 square foot centre will be home to 23 new stores. A few minutes outside the City Centre on Caernarfon Road you'll find the new St David's Retail Park with Matalan, PC World and JJB Sports. Also on that road there's a host of DIY and Furniture shops, Argos Extra and Next.
